COVID 19 Appointment Procedures

To our Valued UOC Patients:

We share your concern for all who have been or will be affected by COVID-19. We want to let you know the following:

1. All of our clinics will remain open until further notice.

2. We request that only patients enter our clinics. Parents please wait in your vehicle if possible.

3. Please sterilize your hands immediately upon entry to our office. Washing your hands is preferred, but cleaning your hands with an antiseptic wipe or using hand sanitizer is acceptable.

4. If you or anyone in your family is ill, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. If your cancellation is made with less than 24 hrs notice, we will waive the missed appointment fee.
