Every submission enters you into the MyUOC giveaway!  From all valid entries, one (1) random winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Your story could be featured in our next UOC ad or on social media!

  • One submission per person/email address. Deadline for entry is April 30, 2026 at midnight.  Winner will be announced by email within 2 weeks after the close of the contest.
  • Must be 18 or older to win or have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
  • Must be a current or past patient of Utah Orthodontic Care
  • By entering this contest, you agree that we can use your submission in advertising & promotions, regardless if you are chosen as the winner.  Only your first name and last initial will be used, or you may choose to be anonymous and we will use an alias.
  • Please make sure you give us your correct contact email; UOC will try 2 times in 2 weeks to reach you with the email given. If there is no response within 2 weeks, or if it bounces back as undelivered, a different winner will be chosen.
  • If you are under 18, we will require a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. If they will not agree to allow your entry to be used, then your entry will be voided, and a different winner chosen.
