Utah Orthodontic Care is proud to be showing their support for breast cancer all throughout October. We invite all of our patients to enter our raffle for a chance to win 1 full comprehensive orthodontic case. Learn how our raffle works and join UOC in the fight towards breast cancer today!
How The Contest Works
- Each raffle ticket will be $1.00.
- Anyone can enter and purchase as many tickets as they would like.
- All proceeds will be donated to the Susan G Komen of Utah.
- At the end of October, the team at UOC will combine all the entries and draw one winner company-wide that will receive a full comprehensive orthodontic case!

To be in accordance with the state laws, simply post or share any positive image or comment about breast cancer; research, awareness, support, etc. We have included some images below and on our Facebook page that can be used if you need an idea. Then tag @UtahOrthodonticCare on Facebook/Instagram or @UtahOrthodontic on Twitter and show the post to the front desk. One free entry per person.
**one grand prize will be awarded from all entries received. Chances of winning depend on number of entries received. Contest ends October 31, 2019 and winner will be selected on November 7, 2019. Winner will be notified by phone and email.
